Owner Commentaries *Since the purchase of the catamaran, the boat has been solely owned by the BVI company the entire time. The ultimate beneficiaries of the company are my brother and me.*We received the boat in France from the Leopard dealer. After that, we sailed in the Mediterranean for about two or one and a half seasons. Then, in December 2016, we crossed the Atlantic to Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. We spent some time in the Caribbean before sailing to the BVI, then to the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Panama. In 2018, we crossed the Panama Canal into the Pacific Ocean. From there, we sailed up to Mexico, to Puerto Vallarta. When the COVID-19 pandemic started, the boat remained in Puerto Vallarta. We cruised in the Sea of Cortez, the Gulf of California, and along the Mexican coast. Last year, I sailed from Mexico back to Panama and crossed the Panama Canal into the Atlantic. Our plan was to sail through Colombia, Jamaica, Cuba, and the Bahamas to the United States, to Florida, in order to sell the boat, as we are receiving a new catamaran in Europe. However, since we are getting the new catamaran a year earlier than planned, we decided to start selling this boat this year and try to sell it in Panama. That’s how we ended up in Panama for the second time. All engine and generator maintenance has been carried out on time, according to engine hours.*The last rigging inspection was carried out this summer, in July. We have a Sail drive SD60, and the last service was carried out at the marina where the boat is currently located, in Panama, in July.*In addition to the Main, SAIL, and Genoa, the boat is equipped with a Code Zero and a Gennaker.*We have the helm enclosure.*We have three AC units.
