Thank you for your interest in a Florida Landing Craft LLC boat. Not all Landing Crafts are the same as they might seem at first glance. If you see a cheaper price, you’re getting a lower quality Landing Craft. Our Landing Crafts are made in Singapore and imported by us, Florida Landing Craft LLC. We bring the boat up to all FWC, Coast Guard, and DMV standards, ready for registration. We bring in just the shell of the boat, then we install all the parts with U.S. labor. The result is a ready-to-go landing craft with all the features that make boating safe, fun, and reliable.
They are the sweetest boats to drive. Here are a few points you may want to know if you’re considering buying a Landing Craft.
They are very stable and fun to drive. When on the boat, you get a real sense of sturdiness and stability, as it handles waves very well, even when unladen
They are 20 feet long, but they don’t have a pointy nose. If you put a pointy nose on it, it would be similar to a 23 –25’ boat. The space inside the landing craft is much bigger than a regular
20’ boat. It has much more room inside than my 23’ Tidewater.
These landing crafts are laid out for utility applications, with the captain’s station off to the right, leaving more room for long boards, materials, and even equipment. The offset weight balance works very well with the two batteries all the way to the port side, so even when you’re sitting on the seat, the boat is level in the water.
