S/V Lyndon is an Aruba based 2023 Nautitech 44 Open Catamaran For Sale By Owner. This catamaran owner requires financial settlement only. No trades.
Nautitech 44 Open, built in Nov 23 and commissioned in April of 2024. In like new condition but better with all initial bugs worked out.
Catamaran was outfitted for a Pacific Crossing and has all the options you would want. Light wood interior, three cabin layout, Air conditioning in all cabins, Onan 7 kw Generator, 1800 watts of solar, Autopilot, complete B& G avionics suite, washing machine, water maker, UV filter for drinking water, complete sail wardrobe, paddle boards, scuba equipment, Highfield Dingy with 20 HP Honda.
Complete set of tool and spares for essential equipment. Everything included in sale. Nearly one million USD invested in outfit.
My plans have changed and I am no longer able to cross the Pacific Ocean. My loss is your gain, and priced for a quick sale. More photos on request. Knowledgeable buyers preferred.
Nautitech is a well built good performing catamaran suitable for the Pacific Crossing. I sailed the boat from La Rochelle France to the Caribbean and I am now in the Southern Caribbean. Accommodations
owners version with light alpy wood. Port side is dedicated to the owner suite with aft queen bed and forward shower and seperate toilet.
Starboard has a double bed in the forward cabin and queen bed in the aft cabin. Seperate shower and toilet cabinets in the hull.
