"The Office" is a true standout Prestige 500 Fly not only for her excellent condition and low hours but also for her options and upgrades.  The current owners had a SeaKeeper 6 Stabilizer installed (over a 100k addition) by an authorized SeaKeeper dealer and it took a great cruising boat and made it even better! With an innovative three stateroom layout, featuring a separate private companionway to a full beam master, and two full heads owners and guests alike are treated to comfort and privacy.  Her galley up and aft flows easily to the cockpit for alfresco dining and the salon is filled with light and 360 degree views from windows all around.  A lower station makes piloting on hot days an air conditioned pleasure or in foul weather the ultimate protected spot for the captain.  Outside a large flybridge offers a sunpad (in addition to the one on the bow!), a full upper helm station, a grill and wetbar, refrigerated drink box, ample seating and a custom corian table to match the one found on the covered aft deck.  On top of all this, there is a single berth crew's cabin with full a/c and heat, plenty of natural light and its own head!

"The Office" is a pleasure to run and is a breeze to handle around the dock with her Volvo IPS 600's (only 705 hours!), joystick docking and bow thruster! She also features an aft docking station in the cockpit.  Rounding out the package is a hydraulic swim platform for easy launching of a tender and doubles as a "swim up beach" when resting at anchor.

Conveniently located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, just minutes off of I-95 and only 20-25 minutes from Baltimore Washington International (BWI) airport, she is always a pleasure to show and appointments are requested.  The boat will be hauled at the end of September for fresh and routine bottom paint, prop speed and zincs as well as her Fall detailing.  "The Office" is the clear standout Prestige 500 on the market and is a boat not to be missed!
