Descrizione
The SC in R25SC stands for Sport Cockpit. The SC cockpit (aft deck) is 25 percent larger than our original R25 giving it nearly 50 sq ft of aft deck space. The larger cockpit also lends itself to more above and below deck storage and makes for easy access to the standard Yanmar 4BY2 150 HP Yanmar diesel. The Yanmar engine is located entirely outside of the cabin making for smooth, quiet cruising. The standard bow and stern thruster provide for excellent maneuverability around the dock and the 8' 6" beam allows the boat to be easily trailered. This boat has solar and generator. Trailer, dinghy and storage cover included. This boat has completed the Great Loop 3 times and is ready to go again!

Engine Details
This Ranger Tug 25SC is powered by a reliable Yanmar 150 HP diesel engine. This engine is used in John Deere tractors and generators with an 8000 to 10,000 life expectancy. The Yanmar is renowned for its efficiency, low maintenance requirements, and quiet operation. With this engine, the tug can cruise comfortably and efficiently at 8 MPH (trawler speed) and reach a top speed of approximately 20 MPH, depending on load and conditions.
