1988 Island Packet 27 with 18 hp inboard Yanmar 2GM diesel engine. This vessel is in very nice condition, ready to go as is. Well maintained, clean interior. Mainsail, headsail, headstay and furler were replaced a few years ago, along with the electric windlass with remote hand switch. She has air conditioning, vented propane heater. Shows well for her age. Forward v berth, additional berth starboard side astern. Galley with sink and stove, dining table with starboard seating, couch to port, enclosed head.
