Fresh out of the shop from an extensive twin engine overhaul in October 2025, this Carver 370 Voyager, factory equipped with the biggest offered diesel power is ready for a new owner. Both of the 330hp Cummins 6BTA engines were stripped down to the short block in the vessel in order to replace the head gaskets. Cylinder heads were sent to Wilson & Proctor for machining and rebuild with all new valves, springs, seats, and upgraded bronze guides. Because we had all that extra space to work with the engines taken apart, the opportunity was taken to replace all the engine mounts, paint the engine blocks, and service all the hard to reach areas that had been neglected over the last 26 years. All removed components were inspected and repaired, overhauled, or replaced as needed before being painted in Cummins Cloud White. Starters and alternators sent out to Brian Roberts Auto Electric, heat exchangers and gear coolers to Townside Radiator. Every electrical connection serviced. Savvy Cummins buyers will appreciate the tasteful upgrades from Seaboard Marine- including the full silicone hose and clamp kits, valve cover CCV systems, SMX raw water pumps, fuel cooler delete kits, and brand new complete aftercoolers. Your mechanic will appreciate that the engines, transmissions, and generator have all been plumbed into an oil change system and all filters for the main engines have been relocated for easy access when servicing. The engine room in this boat is super clean and set up to stay that way. Everything works. Everything is clean.
