The pinnacle of the American Tug fleet, the AT 485 was designed for the yachtsperson looking to explore beyond the horizon but who refuses to leave the comforts of home behind. The seakeeping ability of its hard chine, full-length keel hull will keep you calm even in the roughest of conditions. With a range of 1500 nautical miles, the 485 is ready to take on your next adventure. Sharing the same stateroom layout as the 435, the primary stateroom features a beam-to-beam layout with generous storage and an ensuite head. The guest stateroom has a Pullman queen (with an optional bunk above) and an additional ensuite head. The pilothouse offers excellent sight lines, generous spaces, helm chair and passenger seating with access doors to port and starboard. As compared to the 435, the 485 provides five extra feet of length in the salon devoted to galley and dining space, as well as a dedicated entertainment area. The large U-shaped galley features both more storage space and more elbow room than our other models. Opposite the galley, a large dinette provides comfortable dining space for four adults.  On any extended adventure, the 485 offers all the comforts of home for relaxed, sociable living. Its salon has room for two lounge chairs and ottomans opposite a large L-shaped settee that also converts to a double berth.  Standard equipment on the 485 has been designed with the comfort and safety of a cruising couple in mind. This equipment includes variable speed bow and stern thrusters, an upper deck crane with hydraulic lift and rotation and an upper deck walk-through from the pilothouse in lieu of a vertical ladder.   

The American Tug 362 is a best-in-class two-cabin trawler built to handle unpredictable waters with comfort and ease. Based on our AT 365 deck and hull, the 362 draws upon its commercial fishing heritage to deliver excellent seakeeping performance whether you’re venturing from California to Alaska, touring the Great Lakes, tackling the Great Loop, or cruising the Bahamas. Designed to offer comfortable touring for more than one couple, the 362 features a two-stateroom, single head layout which, together with the convertible settee in the salon, provides sleeping accommodations for up to six people. The 362 pilothouse has been redesigned to feature a LLEBROC helm chair, a full Garmin electronics package (included) and comfortable seating for two to port. The American Tug 365 has developed a well-earned reputation over the last 22 years as the perfect cruiser for couples. As often seen on the Great Loop as cruising the Inside Passage or exploring the Bahamas, this boat is ready for whatever you ask of it. The 365 has a generous single stateroom with a walk-around queen and a large head that includes a 36” x 36” stall shower. Like all American Tugs, it offers excellent sight lines from the pilothouse, with a large chart table and a dashboard that can accommodate the latest in large format electronics. Available in either a generous single cabin/single head or two cabin/single head configuration, two different salon layouts and two available engines, the 395 offers ultimate flexibility in configuring the boat of your dreams.  The salon features an L-shaped settee with room for a lounge chair and an L-shaped galley with dual sinks, solid surface counter tops and plenty of storage. An alternative layout is available with a linear galley and a U-shaped settee.
