- Excellent example that has been professionally maintained /pampered with an open checkbook it's entire life. The 48 Offshore Piothouse is a very well designed boat for serious coastal and offshore usage. This model features very wide protected side decks with tall bulwarks with secure railings all the way around. Kept under cover except for the past 10 months, her entire existence has been documentented and kept oboard, from the build sheet through her current library of every manual, upgrade, and invoice. Her Cummins engines have received continous pampering including aftercooler service every 36 months and freshwater flusing after every use. Electronics have been continually updated and include Furuno 12 inch touchscreen chart, depth, radar, AIS and Simrad autopilot and wind indicator. Northern Lights 7.5kw generator with 1250 hours, 2.5kw inverter and three battery charging systems. Complete galley including propane stove, convection oven, and 3 refrigerators. Other equipment include Village Marine watermaker, 16 brand new batteries, new Zodiac 12ft aluminum bottom dingy with electric start 30hp (2 hours usage), 800 lb davit, full strateglass flybridge enclosure, never used washer/dryer combo, and both diesel and electric heating.
