Great family boat or liveaboard. Needs bottom paint, some trim paint.
Accommodations
Classic dual cabin trawler with forward and aft staterooms, each with its own head. Salon is up with complete galley, stove top, oven, refrigerator (new), dual sink.
Mechanical Equipment
Single Lehman 120 which at 8 knots, burns only 1.25 gallons per hour. Though the boat is a single, maneuverability is assisted by a Bow Thruster. A Diesel DC Genset provides recharging of house bank batteries (400 amp hours) and AC voltage provided by a 3000 Watt inverter.
Galley Equipment
Propane 3 Burner Cook Top, Propane Oven, new Isotherm Refrigerator, dual sink with hot and cold running water
Deck and Hull Equipment
Rear Davits for a tender. Ground tackle, including a Lewmar windlass, flying bridge canopy, canvas for all windows, doors and hatch covers.
Navigation Systems
All Furuno, Chartplotter, GPS, Radar, two ICom VHF radios, autopilot, Binnicle and compass.
Additional Equipment
Optional 13 foot Boston Whaler center console can be included but will cost extra.
