Only Epoxy was used throughout the whole build. The use of each material was chosen as the strongest material for that purpose.  All through-hull and deck fittings are predrilled over size then filled with epoxy, then redrilled to size and filled with sikaflex to avoid penetration of water.All portholes and hatches are made from fibreglass moulds and fibreglassed into Klegicell and Nydaplast. All through-doorways in  bulkheads and frames are reinforced with a thick core of unidirectional fibreglass.On the bottom of the hull are extra layers of double bias fibreglass with a 4 metre x 50 mm mini keel with stainless steel shoe for sitting aground. HULLS Under the water line - 17mm strip cedar with 610 grm double bias fibreglass on each side with cedar frames every meter - 12 sealed compartments from forward to aft beam in each hull and a sacrificial collision bulkhead 300mm deep Above the water line - 6 sealed compartments above the water line in each hull Sides of hulls - 9mm ply with 610 grm double bias fibreglass on the  inside and 200 grm double bias on the outside. - All ply is reinforced with stringers inside 150mm apart. Acquistato 14 anni fa in Olanda e da allora tenuto in modo maniacale fino a due anni fa quando è entrato in cantiere dove, al coperto e al caldo, ha subito un totale reftting incluso la sostituzione del vecchio ponte in teak avvitato con uno nuovo incollato in doghe da 17 mm di spessore e un secondo trattamento antiosmosi in epossidico della carena- Nell'occasione sono state sostituite tutte le vecchie prese a mare in ottone con nuove in bronzo, il boiler, il frigorifero e il piano di cottura a due fuochi con l'aggiunta di un forno elettrico multifunzione. E' stato sbarcato il motore che ha subito un totale e completo rifacimento con ricambi originali Volvo Penta. Avendo dovuto disalberare abbiamo approffitato per sostituire i vecchi arridatoi con nuovi in bronzon cromato Blue Wave e sostituito tutte le drizze. Anche il serbatoio del gasolio è stato svuotato e pulito. Tutti i materassi sono stati rifatti con nuovi in Memory ed è stata sostituita tutta la tappezzeria dei divani.
