Fantastic Fountaine Pajot Salina 48 totally renewed.

The F.P Salina 48 offers a great volume of space, both inside and out, as you can see, not only from the saloon and large cockpit flowing seamlessly onto each other and doubling the living area on one same level, but also from the bathing platform and a comfortable sundeck adjoining the cockpit. The boat have four spacious double cabins with in-suite bathrooms and separate shower areas, each of the four cabins possesses magnificent sea views from the spacious portholes

The boat has been completely renovated in 2021/22 and it’s fully independent in terms of water and energy thanks to the 1.500 watt solar system and 12 volts water maker.

In 2022 new 9Kw Paguro diesel generator and new Air Conditioning. 

Between 2020/21 the following brand new parts were installed and upgrades have been made:

-Engines completely overhauled ($15.000), moreover the engines have been converted in completely analogic, manual start and stop, analogic gauge for rpm,water temp and oil pressure.The Volvo Evc Control unit, has been removed, it was not working propelry, is a popular problem of these engines.  by this modify the engines have become extremely reliable. After the overhaul the engines did about 500 hours.

-The starboard side bow sail locker has been converted into a crew toilet, with shower, sink and electric toilet

-Standing rigging replaced

-Outside helm station fiberglass Hardtop with stainless steel structure

-Outside Sundeck hardtop (also works as base for the solar panels)

-Rudder axis modified with new stainless steel arm (the original ones were subject to possible breakage due to the undersized material)

OTHER UPGRADES

-Rudder bushings replaced

-Original new propellers were installed

-Fridge/freezer 

-Pure sine wave inverter 4Kw

-5x 300watt solar panels (Kyocera)

-4x 200ah gel batteries

-New membrane for 12v water maker 60lt/h (not installed at the moment)

-Fusion marine stereo with Infinity speakers and amplifier

-Navigation instruments Raymarine (axiom chart plotter 12, and inside instruments tridata, wind station, radar, autopilot, autopilot pump and piston, vhf, etc)

-Cabins bed mattresses 

-Replaced smoked plexiglass on all hatches 

-New Upholsteries such as: Cabin curtains, Saloon sofa cushions in sky tissue, Outside cushions in Sunbrella etc

-Saloon countertop covered with Real Teak wood and varnished with 8 coats of h.s clear coat 

-Saloon and Cockpit table covered with Real Teak wood and varnished with 8 coats of h.s clear coat 

-New Electric toilets n.5

-Showers heads modified now they are separate (don't need to use the faucet as shower)

-New  floor

-Stainless steel kitchen stove

-Stainless steel Kitchen sink and faucet 

-Bow trampoline net

-Replaced all Halogen lights with Led ones

-Mantus Anchor 65Lb

-Galvanized Chain 12mm

-New anchor windlass engine and new gipsy for 12mm chain

-Dinghy Caribe 10' with Tohatsu Everrun 18hp

-WaterMaker Seawaterpro 150 lt/h  

-Snorkeling gears

-2x paddle boards black fin

-Kitchen utensils, Premium acrylic glasses and dishes, stainless steel cutlery,
