Descrizione

The J/100 is proven both as a daysailer and for inshore racing. Under her current ownership, Amazing Grace has been optimized with over $22,000 of upgrades by International Marine of Rhode Island, including a new Aristo Blue  awl-grip hull and a retractable bowsprit. In this configuration, the J 100 has has a proven race record under PHRF, and yet remains the complete daysailer.

Amazing Grace was commissioned in her current upgraded specification as a dual purpose sailboat by a highly experienced sailer who knows how to keep a boat in top condition, and who has a track record of class wins in numerous regattas both in the US and internationally. Due to a change in family circumstances, Amazing Grace has been used very little since her upgrades, and not been raced, other one short club race in which she exceeded expectations by winning handily and without her new race sails!

With three spanking new race sails by North (so far flown only once for inspection purposes and not used for racing) available by separate negotiation, Amazing Grace represents a unique turnkey opportunity to purchase a sailboat for either relaxed but highly competitive inshore racing,  and/or for daysailing with all the comforts, including a two cylinder inboard sail-drive on which she hums along smoothly at 6.5 knots...”

There's nothing quite like steering a sleek, fast boat with a light touch on the tiller, the stability of a keel below, being close to the water and sliding through waves with barely a wake or whisper. Time is too precious and the alternatives too numerous to put up with any boat less than what will recapture those simple joys of sailing. J/100 is designed to do just that. The comforts that experienced sailors appreciate are part of the package. A two-cylinder inboard sail drive hums along at 6.5 knots like a sewing machine, when you can hear it. Why limit your horizons because the wind might die? There's a bona fide marine head and even a couple of bunks
