Beneteau Oceanis 400

Introducing s/v Aleshanee, a classy one of a kind 1995 40’ Beneteau Oceanis cruising vessel. Built for comfort, stability and easy handling at sea, this beautiful cruising vessel has not only been well maintained but also has many extensive upgrades and modifications. After years of upgrades, and two years cruising the Caribbean, s/v Aleshanee is resting at the marina boat yard in the Rio Dulce waiting for her next adventure. The present owner has purchased a new vessel for cruising and is looking to give Aleshanee a new captain.

Some of the many quality upgrades and modifications are unique, for example, the typical Beneteau back-stays were taken out of the cockpit and engineered to be a part of the custom-built stainless-steel arch. This new stainless-steel arch supports the dinghy and the solar systems. All arch bases are bonded to the deck and the tubing is polished to prevent chaffing of the internal wiring. The standing rigging was replaced in 2017 and reinspected in 2021. All running rigging was replaced in 2021. Both the 12v DC and 110v AC panels were rebuilt with all new wire installed in 2018. These upgrades were all professionally done with top notch skilled tradesmen in Kemah,Tx.

s/v Aleshanee has all you need to stay self-reliant for extended periods off shore or at anchor. She has 800 watts of solar power with Victron MPPT-TR 150/60 solar controller, a Victron 12v/3000-watt inverter, all installed 2021. Also installed 2018 are four 215Ahr NorthStar AGM batteries for the house bank, and one 100Ahr NorthStar AGM battery for the Engine start with a Blueseas charge controller. She carries 150 gallons of water and a Spectra Connect 150 water maker with spare parts kit and a Spectra display controller at the Nav Desk.

This vessel is equipped with a fuel-efficient well-maintained Perkins M50 48-52 HP with 3000 hrs. and a fuel burn of 0.5 gal/hr. @1800rpm. There is no shortage of navigation equipment on board with a long list of extras to accompany the Garmin 7612 touch screen chart plotter and a Garmin GHC 20 Autopilot controller with core pack connection to hydraulic RAM.

She is a spacious two stateroom layout, with a large salon, with the galley on the aft starboard. Her galley is well equipped with a Dickenson 2 burner gimbaled propane stove with oven/broiler, a double stainless-steel sink with new faucets, and a top loading freezer with Technautics cooling plates. A Dometic 16000btu hot/cold central air system with soft start technology was also installed in 2021. There are 2 manual heads both with showers. The forward berth, salon, and aft berth all have mattresses with gel memory foam for your comfort.
