C&C 35 MKIII

This boat with her long waterline, keel and good stability steers beautifully and performs impressively, yet her interior layout and design allow for pleasant cruising, as well...truly the best of both worlds. This boat has been lightly cruised in the last three years. She is in very good overall condition and has a large sail inventory in good condition. 

Starting forward, there is a 6' 4" V-berth that sleeps two comfortably. There are full-length shelves, a built-in bureau with drawers, and handy storage. Moving aft is the head with shower, toilet, sink, and its own opening hatch. Opposite is a large hanging locker. The U-shaped dinette is to port and offset, allowing for full passage through the cabin when in use. The settee and table convert to a large double bunk when necessary. Opposite is a single settee with shelving and storage behind.

Aft of the Dinette and to port is the well-proportioned U-shaped galley. It features deep double stainless steel sinks, an oversized icebox with cold-plate refrigeration, pressurized cold, and hot water, and a foot pump for both fresh and seawater. There is a three-burner propane stove with a large oven, and much well-placed drawer and cabinet storage. 

Opposite and to starboard is the forward-facing navigation station with a breaker panel. Behind is the comfortable and open aft quarter berth. Fabrics and counter laminates are all white, creating a bright clean, and comfortable feeling below. There is a nicely kept teak and holly sole with teak bulkheads and accents throughout.
