This 1983 Catalina 30 is in beautiful Rockport, Tx waiting for your next sailing adventure. Great weekend boat with friends or family.
There are two berths and a head that make comfortable accommodations. The main cabin has a comfortable u-shaped dinette along the port side. There is a straight settee on the starboard.
Moving aft the u-shaped galley is on the port side and the navigation station is across from it. The exterior offers a large cockpit and decks that are easy to navigate.

Condition
The boat is solid but could use a little TLC, mostly cosmetic work. According to the seller, the engine is in good condition and runs well, also the electronics are working with no known issues. All rigging is in fair condition.
