Vessel in Storage Cover out of the Water behind owners house on jack stands with the mast down. Owner is selling AS IS.
If interest come and look at boat inside and out and you can even do an out of water survey. Sold boat not a piece of junk. Inspect the rig and even run engine. Easy to see everything and make an educated decision.
FYI I priced a hydraulic truck will take to near by boat yard for $450 you can work on the boat at yard or have it put on a truck to ship. I would inspect thru hulls when out of water.
Will need new batteries. Sails are very good condition

Second owner example of this solidly built, (not mass produced),
All exterior teak maintained varnished since new, interior teak coated with West Clear Epoxy for low maintenance.
USCG Documented.
High performance North Sails, loft maintained, give boat a winning PHRF
NE record including several wins of the Whalers Race, Round the Bay Race, Hurricane Cup and the Edgartown YC Round the Island Race
Mast and boom maintained with Awlgrip.
Hull bottom resurfaced with 24oz biaxial fiberglass cloth and West Epoxy so blisters will
never be a problem.
New skeg fabricated by Kingman Marine fitted in 2013 at a cost of over $20,000, better
design than original. Micron 66 bottom paint wet sanded for superior performance and anti-fouling.
Main cabin and large aft cabin and forward v berth cabin, all with hanging lockers and drawer storage.
Galley with 3 burner SS stove with oven.
Large Chart table with storage and locker underneath. New custom cockpit folding table,
Two heads with showers, one with separate shower stall and seat.
12 cu.ft Ice box converted with Waeco refrigeration.
280 watt solar panel maintains refer and house loads without the need for a
generator.
Perkins 4-108 engine operated with Mobil 1 synthetic oil or Delvac, provides 10 nautical miles per gallon at 5-6 knot cruising
Gori 23x13 folding propeller. Maximum motoring speed over 7.5knots.
North Sails, Main with 2 full battens and 3 sets of reef points. 152% Genoa on Harken roller furler.
Removable inner head stay for hank on heavy air jib and a storm jib.
18' spinnaker pole and working spinnaker.
