Accommodations
Forward is the large V Berth area. Moving aft there is a head to port and a locker to starboard. In the main salon the large table on the port side will fold down to create a double berth and a nice settee is to starboard. The galley is to starboard with a sink and ice box. To port is the nav area and quarter berth.
The current owners are from out of state and have used the boat as a seaside condo for the last couple years. A large flat screen TV, stereo and BBQ are included in the sale as well as a dingy with a 6hp Nissan outboard.
