The Lochin 33 needs no introduction, if you know, you know.
2 Owner example in good condition, not been used commercially in the extended wheelhouse layout giving useful extra seating and a small galley in the wheelhouse, whilst retaining cockpit deck space for fishing, diving or just relaxing.
The new cockpit enclosure gives added protection and flexibility to the aft deck

The extended wheelhouse version of the Lochin 33 provides a 2 berth cabin, enclosed head, small galley and seating area in the wheelhouse, without compromising cockpit space
- Fore cabin with V berth, storage beneath with dual access, large opening hatch, access to chain locker and windlass
- Enclosed head with Jabsco sea toilet, locker space. There is scope to fit a basin/shower as there is an ample sized Calorifier fitted. Access to rear of helm
- Large hanging locker, step up to wheelhouse
- Enclosed, extended wheelhouse with door to cockpit, 2 vents and 2 sliding windows
- Helm to port with Engine controls and gauges, twin morse control, trim tab controls, electronics and switch panels, central rudder angle indicator, Captains seat and foot rest, locker and electrics / fuses beneath
- L shaped galley area behind Helm with SS basin with H/C water, rubbish locker, large locker below worktop. The Owners use a portable gas single burner stove and a portable coolbox.
- Passenger / navigators captains seat to starboard, with foot rest, nav table, locker and shelving
- L shaped seating area behind passenger seat on raised platform with storage beneath
- Cockpit, waist high coamings with Teak cappings, teak deck, Engine boxes, 2 Hercules watertight hatches gi9ving access to fuels tanks and steering gear, 2 swivel chairs aft with foot braces built into transom, locker space, transom scuppers
