Built: 1966 at KG Norderwerft GmbH & Co (formerly J.R. K�ser), Hamburg Dimensions: Length 80.43 m Beam 12.60 m Draught 3.20 bis 3.60 m Gross Tonnage 1,849 GRT Bunker capacity: Diesel oil appr. 250 m� Kerosene appr. 40 m� for helicopters Machinery: Diesel-elektric drive; 4 diesel-engines "MWM" Type TB12RS 18/22-21 V12, each 625 kW at 1,130 rpm. with generators "AEG" 460 kW, effecting on 1 propellerdrive engine (DC) "AEG-Telefunken", shaft-power 1.020 kW at 250 rpm.; 1 fixed pitch propeller, 5 wings; Air starting system for diesel-engines, 2 compressors 28 m�/h, 3 pressure tanks of 250 l, 30 bar 1 auxiliary diesel-engine "KHD" type F12 L 714, 125 kW at 1,500 rpm. with emergency generator 90 kW; Propulsion devices: 1 Shaped Rudder, electro-hydraulic steering gear "AEG" 1 Active thruster "Pleuger", thrust 1.5 tonnes 1 Lateral-Jet-thruster "Pleuger", thrust 1.5 tonnes Speed: Appr. 12.5 knots Cruising range: Appr. 9,400 nautical miles Classification: Vessel was built to the standards and specifications of the German Navy, which comply to Class 100 A 5 E3.
