| MAJOR WAGER has an exceptional pedigree. Hailing from Feadship Van Lent, the world's top yacht builder, she features fine Dutch engineering, classic lines and a trusted full-displacement hull form. She underwent a massive three-year refit in the mid-nineties, which saw a lengthening of her hull and superstructure and the addition of a helipad, capable of carrying an EC130 or similar. She had a major refit in 2008/2009.
Her Glade Johnson designed interior employs blond wood with ebony detailing in the 19th Century Biedermeier style. Rich Cherry adorns the main deck, while a more casual palette of lighter Birds-Eye maple and Anigre is featured on the upper and lower decks. Exquisite stonework throughout complements the casual elegance. MAJOR WAGER offers several unique layout features. Her guest accommodations are extremely generous; three of her five staterooms extend the full width of the yacht. The two adjoining staterooms have a sliding door to allow them to become one additional full beam suite. In her original configuration she had 6 staterooms. She could easily return to this by dividing the aft VIP cabin. Outdoor enthusiasts will adore her sun deck, featuring a granite bar with seating for six, shaded dining for ten and comfortable sofa seating. An exceptionally wide platform and Jacuzzi at her transom make watersports readily accessible. Blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living, her comfortable aft deck can be enclosed and climate controlled, and her upper deck dining nook is stunningly set amid floor-to-ceiling windows. |

| MAJOR WAGER sleeps ten guests in five staterooms and nine crew in four staterooms, plus Captains cabin. In her original configuration the yacht had six staterooms and can be easily reconfigured by dividing the aft VIP stateroom into two.
LOWER DECK: All the way forward there are four double crew cabins, each with upper and lower berths and en suite bathrooms. The crew mess is further aft to starboard with laundry opposite to port and staircase up to the main deck also to port. The walk-in refrigerators and freezers are to starboard. Further aft behind a watertight bulkhead is the full beam lower deck VIP stateroom with bathroom to starboard with double vanities, tub and shower. There is private access up to the main deck. The engine room is further aft, amidships. Aft off the engine room are two queen size staterooms each with en suite bathrooms with double vanities and showers. A central dividing panel enables these two staterooms to be opened up into an additional full beam VIP stateroom with his and her bathrooms. Further aft is another full beam VIP stateroom with king sized berth and his and her bathrooms, one with a tub and shower, the starboard side with a shower. The lazarette, cockpit and Jacuzzi deck are further aft. MAIN DECK: The full beam owner�s stateroom is forward on the main deck with bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower to port. The owner�s office is starboard adjoining the entrance foyer to the owner�s suite. A day head is adjacent the main entrance foyer. The main galley and pantry serve the dining room which is open to the delightful main salon which has a grand piano aft and access to the lower deck staterooms opposite. The aft deck is air conditioned but can also be open. A centerline table serves 10 to 12 guests for dinner and two sweeping staircases access the swim deck which has a Jacuzzi centrally placed for easy access to the water. MAJOR WAGER is a water sports paradise with her massive swim deck and easy, simple and comfortable access to the water. BRIDGE DECK: Wheelhouse is forward with Captains cabin with double berth to port. The ships office and radio room are opposite to starboard in the passageway aft, and day head is also here. The sky lounge is a superb space with large windows and an additional enclosed or open dining area around a circular dining table. Access is out to the boat deck. SUN and HELICOPTER DECK: There is a dining table forward and further aft under the covered portion are settees, tables and the outdoor theater and bar. The sun deck is further aft, relaxingly equipped with couches and chairs. The helicopter deck is further aft and is presently arranged with chaise lounges and easy chairs. The helicopter deck can support an EC 130 or similar. |
