Descrizione
This is a wonderful and unique vessel that captures the adventure and excitement of the traditional Tall Ships with all the comforts and luxury of today's modern equipment and technology.

This is a "Class A" Tall Ship and, as such, can take part in the International Tall Ship Rendevous, events and races. Its traditional 3 mast barquentine rig makes it perfect for a sail training vessel, yet its modern rigging and relative ease of handling and luxury accommodations make it well suited as a luxury expedition charter sailing ship.

The vessel is in excellent updated condition and is fully operational and currently in active use. It is scheduled for a dry-docking for fresh bottom paint and zincs in April 2010.

This is one of the few Tall Ships available on the market today and certainly the most luxurious. Take advantage of this rare opportunity!

Numerous photographs available upon request.

Contact Rob Lager at 516-767-0141 for further information.

Interni
The richly wood panelled and comfortable salon and dining area and library easily accommodates 20 passengers, with a buffet area with full bar to port. Aft are two day heads.

The salon area has 4 watertight doors, 2 to port and 2 to starboard, and in the central area of the salon is the companionway down. The companionway leads to 6 forward and 4 aft guest staterooms. All staterooms have a double and a single, and ensuite head with shower.

The captain and chief engineer's staterooms are located on deck aft of the wheelhouse. The foc's'le houses 4 crew berths, and additional crew berths are below the wheelhouse next to the galley.

The galley is aft of the main salon, accessed by a companionway down to starboard. It is well equipped for all cooking needs. There is a 4-burner stove, 2 ovens, microwave oven, and an on-deck ventilated propane locker. There is a 2-door refrigerator, 2 domestic freezers and refrigerator, and 8 lb. per hour ice maker. There are a variety of appliances, including coffeemaker, blender and mixer. There is a trash compactor and organic waste disposal unit. There is ample counter space and storage.

To port there are 2 staterooms. Further aft and down are 8 more staterooms of varying sizes. There are a total of 2 single cabins, 6 double cabins with single upper/double lower berths, 2 twin cabins (1 single + 1 double), all with aircon, private bathroom and hot water showers. There is also a full beam lounge with transom windows all the way aft. This area could be renovated to become a truly luxurious owner's stateroom with all amenities.

Furthest aft is access to the aft steering cockpit.

She is currently licensed for 32 passengers in 16 staterooms with crew quarters for 8. She is, however, currently configured to carry 20 passengers in yachting style staterooms with en suite heads with vanity basins and showers, sailing with 10 crew including Captain and two engineers. The interior can be reconfigured for more or less passengers or crew as much of the accommodation is not presently in use. The reconfiguring options are endless and could include a luxurious full beam master stateroom which could be situated in the stern for complete privacy.

Public areas:

The SUN DECK: the bridge, an open-air seating area/dinette and kayak storage.

The MAIN DECK: the dining room, galley (kitchen), library and entertainment center.

The CABIN DECK: where all guest accommodations are located.
